These Terms and Conditions (Terms) are important and affect your legal rights, so please read them carefully.


This website is operated by Easy Meals.

Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Easy Meals.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing ready made frozen meals from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms which apply to all users of this site and to Amana Living’s Privacy Policy (Policy) (Easy Meals is a division of Amana Living).

We may change these Terms from time to time.  You will be notified of the changes by email.  Your continued use of this site after being notified of changes to these Terms will be subject to, and acceptance of, the Terms as amended.


  • You must be over 18 years of age to use this site.
  • By registering with Easy Meals, you create a customer profile on our website. Your customer profile is your portal through which you can manage your order preferences for all of your future deliveries.

Collection of Personal Information

  • When creating your customer profile, you will provide us with information which is defined as either Personal or Sensitive under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Act).

Placing your order

Weekly orders

If ordering weekly, your order must be placed by close of business on Wednesday of the preceding week (Cut off Time).

Orders can be placed by email, telephone, or via a browser.

Once your order has been placed, you will be contacted to confirm the delivery day.

We reserve the right to refuse to accept any order.

Payment for your order

  • When registering your customer profile, and providing your payment details, you authorise Easy Meals to charge your credit or debit card to collect payment for your delivery. Payment for your delivery will be charged to your nominated credit or debit card.

If there are insufficient funds to cover the payment, you will be contacted and given 24 hours to remedy the payment issue.  If we are unable to process your payment at that point, your order will not be delivered.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. 

Managing your subscription

  • It is your responsibility to keep your personal details up to date and update your email, phone number or delivery address when appropriate.
  • If changes to your personal information are made after the Cut Off Time, the change will take affect on your second scheduled delivery from the date of change and Easy Meals will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of expired or inaccurate personal information.
  • If an order cannot be fulfilled as a result of inaccurate personal details, the order will still be billed at the full price.

Cancelling your order

  • You may cancel or edit your order at any time, at no cost, if doing so prior to the Cut Off Time.
  • All cancellations or changes must be completed by logging in online to your customer profile.
  • If you cancel your delivery after the Cut Off Time you will be charged the full cost of your order.


  • If required, you may receive a phone call stating your estimated delivery time on your delivery day. All delivery times are estimates only and may vary should we encounter unforeseen circumstances.
  • When ordering through Easy Meals, you acknowledge that your name and address may be shared with third party suppliers, such as logistical partners, who we may contract from time to time to deliver our product to you.
  • By registering with Easy Meals, you agree that someone will be available at your home to accept the delivery and that our driver can assist you with putting the containers of frozen food into your freezer. If for any reason you are not at home, your order will be delivered on the next scheduled delivery day for your area.
  • Easy Meals reserves the right at any time to change your delivery day or time following provision of reasonable notice and to cease delivering to your property.
  • If, due to unforeseen circumstances, we are unable to deliver your order on the agreed day, we will contact you to arrange an alternate delivery time.
  • If your delivery is due on a Public Holiday, it will be delivered on the next delivery day in your area.


On occasions, certain meals may be unavailable due to circumstances beyond Easy Meal’s control.

In those circumstances, [unless you tell us that you do not want a substitute and that if your choice cannot be provided, you want no meal delivered] Easy Meals reserves the right to substitute your order with a meal as close in description to your original order as practicable.

Quality and freshness

  • Whilst Easy Meals takes every precaution to keep our products of the highest quality, it is your responsibility as a customer to examine and approve the quality of the products you receive.
  • If you have concerns about the freshness or temperature of your product you should contact Easy Meals and discard the product.
  • Once the order is left at your property, it is your responsibility to store the product in your freezer until you wish to defrost it to eat it. You should take all proper precautions to protect the quality and fitness for consumption of the products supplied.

Allergies and Food Intolerances

  • Each Easy Meal is accompanied by a detailed list of ingredients. It is your responsibility to check that the ingredients are suitable for your dietary requirements.

Testimonials on our Website

  • Easy Meals welcomes your comments and encourage you to post testimonials on our website.
  • Easy Meals does not solicit or edit testimonials prior to their presence on the website and the testimonials do not reflect the views and opinions of the company.
  • To the extent permitted by the applicable laws, Easy Meals shall not be liable for the testimonials or for any liability, damages or expenses caused by the appearance of the testimonials on the website.
  • Easy Meals reserves the right to review and monitor all testimonials and to remove any testimonials which are considered inappropriate or offensive.
  • If you submit a testimonial to use, then you agree that we may publish it together with your name and suburb.
  • You agree that we can edit the testimonial, for example shortening it, publishing only part of it. We will never edit a testimonial in such a way as to create a misleading impression of your views.

Applicable Law

The applicable law to any disputes arising under these Terms is the law of Western Australia.
